FAQ

Can I bring my child or pet to class?

While we love children and our furry friends, pets, children, and other guests are not allowed to accompany you to class.

I’ve never done Lagree before. Will this be too difficult for me?

All levels, abilities and ages can be accommodated in real-time in each class. Your trainer will offer options to increase or decrease intensity so you may move at your own pace.

Who is this workout for?

Lagree is for committed clients looking to transform their body. Lagree is challenging! There’s a reason we tell our clients to Embrace The Shake. It will leave you sweating, shaking and burning all over. But, Lagree is worth it — because it works. If you can commit a few days a week to giving your all in our Lagree classes, you will see changes in your body. You will feel stronger, look leaner, and have increased flexibility and endurance. The more you give to each class, and the more often you commit to coming, the faster you will experience the results only Lagree can provide.

What Should I Expect From This Workout?

At Lagree 213, every class will be a challenging workout marked by shaky muscles and a great sweat. A high-intensity, low-impact, full-body workout, our trainers will guide you through a series of slow and controlled movements that are sequenced to work your muscles to the point of fatigue. Lagree is specially designed for all fitness levels and it can be modified further to accommodate your individual goals.

After class, expect to experience immediate muscle soreness or late on-set muscle fatigue 24-72 hours after your workout. This is very normal as our classes are intense (by design!) to work deep into your muscles.

Is There A Class You Recommend Starting With?

Whether you’re new to Lagree or experienced, our MegaBurn 45 class is an ideal way to discover the method, the Megaformer and perfect your workout. Offered at the Arts District and Historic Core studios, these classes are 45 minutes and emphasize correct form and technique. A great way for new clients to acclimate to Lagree 2.0 and for experienced clients to challenge themselves, MegaBurn classes guarantee to have everyone embracing the shake.
