Start Your Career with the Official Lagree213 Training Program
In the Official Lagree213 Level 1 Certification Program, you will:
- Learn the science and history of Lagree Fitness.
- Present interactive workshops on the Magic 10, muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness training and more.
- Learn how to apply the above scientific principles to teaching Lagree.
- Learn the art of teaching Lagree, including effective cueing, effective sequencing, writing routines, Official Lagree terminology that you’ll use every class you teach, giving corrections, and the importance of consistency, preparation, and showing up.
- Practice cueing shorter blocks (legs, core, upper body), longer blocks and mock classes.
- Receive a personal login and lifetime access to Lagree Academy ™️ and the Lagree Fitness ™️ trainer portal.
- Receive an official Lagree Level 1 Trainer Certificate, which qualifies you to teach at any of the 600+ Lagree-licensed studios in the world.
- Engage in ongoing mentorship and teach mock classes in-studio (for LA residents)
