Lisa’s road to a holistic lifestyle began in 1998 when activity and health became deeply ingrained in her daily ritual. Today, she studies nutrition and herbology and is dedicated to hiking, running, circuit training, yoga and spin. An integral part of her fitness practice is her commitment to Lagree, which she believes has provided her an incredible mixture of body awareness, and mental and physical strength. A natural energizer, Lisa takes her internal passion and applies it to everyone she works with. When she sees her clients thriving and transforming — while building the abs and booty of their dreams! — her heart is full. High-energy, upbeat and designed to motivate, Lisa is a positive fitness trainer who values true connection with her clients. A Level 2 Lagree Trainer, Mad Dogg Spinning Instructor and professionally trained in TRX, Lisa is as challenging as she is inspiring.

Rachel

Rachel

Rachel, a certified Lagree trainer, has been practicing the method for over seven years and has experienced life-changing results. She was on the megaformer every day throughout her pregnancy and attributes her post-baby physical and mental recovery to Lagree. Passionate about the method, her classes are upbeat, form-based, and focused on increasing strength through a mind and body connection. Eva

Eva

While pursuing a degree in theatre and acting, Eva’s interest in yoga grew as a way to support dance and movement training. She received her certification through Purple Yoga’s teacher training program and started working with Yoga Across America, bringing the practice to high school students. After taking her first Lagree class in 2015, everything changed. Eva fell in love with the megaformer, and decided to become a certified Lagree trainer that same year. Since then, she has taught the method at many different studios all around LA. From fitness to theatre, traveling and real estate, no matter how busy Eva is, she always creates room for Lagree and the positive effects it brings to her and her clients’ lives.
Kelly

Kelly

Kelly developed a passion for music and dance from a young age which drew her to LA to pursue commercial dance. Health and fitness have always been a priority to keep Kelly in top performance shape, but as a full-time student, she needed new ways to provide intense, effective workouts that could fit into her busy schedule. She discovered Lagree and was instantly hooked! After 18 months of taking Lagree classes at studios around LA, she earned her Lagree certification. Today, she applies her enthusiasm for fitness as a Lagree213 trainer. Kelly enjoys changing up her routines and music to make every class a fresh, exciting and a challenging full-body workout.
Jenny

Jenny

Having played sports growing up, Jenny had always been active and remained a gym enthusiast into her adult life. However, once she found Lagree, it changed her fitness experience. She realized that she had found the only workout that would build long, lean muscles, continuously challenge her and keep her wanting more. She loves the excitement and sense of accomplishment that comes from working her body, and believes that a healthy body builds and encourages a healthy mind. Jenny, a certified Lagree trainer for seven years, focuses her classes on form and fun as she truly thrives while sharing this amazing workout.
Brandon

Brandon

Brandon loves LA and Lagree! When teaching the method, his goal is to motivate his students, create an atmosphere where they can work hard, perfect their form and have a really fun time. Dedicated to helping his clients move through class and challenging sets, his favorite exercises are the Giant Spoon, Cobra and the Super Lunge. When he’s not teaching or practicing Lagree, he loves to play the electric bass and ice hockey, and surf! A red wine and tequila aficionado who likes to rock out, swing into one of Brandon’s Lagree classes for an upbeat atmosphere and a truly challenging workout.

Bailey

Bailey started Lagree in 2018 in search of a fitness method that would challenge her both physically and mentally. Little did she know it would become a passion in her life and part of her career! Working in the fashion industry, Bailey loves how the two mesh together to fuel both her needs and interests. She is so excited to be part of the Lagree213 team and hopes to share her love for Lagree in each and every class while creating a fun, energetic environment.
Evan

Evan

As a native New Yorker, Evan moved to Los Angeles with a background in assisting surgery and degrees in biomedicine, chemistry, psychology, and media study. After falling in love with the group fitness scene, Evan lost 60+ lbs and became a certified Lagree instructor with the help of many mentors (including Marian at Lagree213). Now inspired to help others on their fitness journey, Evan’s classes are upbeat, energetic, fun, anatomy-filled — but most importantly, body positive! Let’s have fun together in this crazy life - destination wellness!
Marian

Marian

Originally from Venezuela, Marian is a professional dancer, actor and Lagree trainer. Athletic all her life, she loved sports but often found herself getting bored — until Lagree. Six years ago she found the method and quickly noticed the changes to her body and strength, while maintaining an entertained mind in class. Her own experience of Lagree inspired the way she teaches today, which is to keep her clients presents, out of their mind and in their body while finding their strength in ways they could have never imagined. Marian believes in teaching her clients about the muscle-mind connection while challenging their bodies the entire way. Ready to feel the burn? Join Marian’s class and shake to the beat!
Olivia

Olivia

A New Yorker born and raised, Olivia grew up a dancer. After establishing a professional dance career, she developed a debilitating eating disorder with aspects of exercise addiction. She came to California to attend treatment, and to gain her life and freedom back. It was in Los Angeles that she found Lagree and immediately fell in love with the unique method. Gradually growing out of love with dance but recognizing her innate ability to teach, she followed her passion for Lagree and became a certified trainer — and the rest is history. In love with the method, it’s everything she’s always wanted in a workout and is whole-heartedly excited about sharing it with others.
Nitar

Nitar

A DTLA local, Nitar is a lifelong yogi who began practicing over 10 years ago. She taught yoga at leading studios including CorePower and Equinox before discovering Lagree in San Francisco. She fell in love with the method when she realized how impactful “the shake” was to the workout, and was driven to learn the method and begin teaching it. Nitar has taught Lagree in San Francisco for the past two years and is overjoyed to be back in LA inspiring her clients to shake it until they make it!
Emma

Emma

A dancer at heart born and raised in Virginia Beach, Emma graduated with a BFA in Jazz Dance Performance from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. With over 20 years experience in dance, Emma continues to set new goals for herself while her love for Lagree has also inspired her to seek and expand her knowledge in fitness. A true believer that dance is a sport and a dancer is an athlete, cross-training with Lagree has kept her body strong, healthy and injury-free. Bridging her passion for movement, dance and instruction, her classes make for a truly awesome experience. When you Lagree with Emma, expect her East Coast mentality and West Coast heart to be right there with you, helping you push past your limits!
